    “Global Rights: Navigating International Licensing”

Building on last month’s panel about expanding the global revenue pie, this webinar takes a deeper dive into multi‑territory licensing for digital services.  We’ll focus on licenses that may cover a publisher’s entire catalog, rather than discrete sync uses, from the perspectives of publishers, licensees, and data administrators.   As licenses extend across borders, those perspectives often multiply, introducing considerations specific to territories and regions, operational challenges, and strategic tradeoffs. This panel will explore what it takes to align those perspectives so that multi‑territory licenses are not only executable, but sustainable.
