Join the California Copyright Conference

Since 1953, the California Copyright Conference, a non-profit organization, has been committed to serving the music and entertainment communities. Our mission is to inform and connect those whose work is affected by the ever-changing issues relating to intellectual property and advances in technology. Please join today and support us!

The California Copyright conference hosts live events and webinars aimed at connecting and educating music industry professionals. Our season typically runs from September to May. Please see the Events page for current info on our offerings.

Student Members

It’s never too early to get a jump start on your career in the music industry.  Student membership offers countless opportunities to form relationships with practicing attorneys and industry professionals.  

The CCC offers numerous events and panels where members can network and mingle at informal gatherings and build valuable, long-lasting professional relationships and contacts.  Developing relationships is a big part of anyone’s legal career in the music industry and the CCC offers a great way to develop those relationships and help shape your career early on.  

Looking to register multiple members of your company/team to participant participate in CCC Events and Activities throughout the year? The CCC offers two membership tiers for cost effective and efficient ways to register as a business, with a designated individual as the ‘designated member’ of your company/team to coordinate all of your employees’ CCC event registrations and voting.

Mid Level Business Membership

At $200 a year, you’ll have CCC membership privileges for up to 5 Employees throughout the year. For this tier of membership, we’ll set up one login on the CCC website for one member of your team. Through that login, you will be able to register up to 5 Employees for each CCC event throughout the year. Additionally, the designated member of your team will be able to access and share archived livestreamed panels, giving you the ability to rewatch panels later in the year. This membership will give you 2 votes in yearly elections and access to the newsletter.

Corporate Membership

At $285 a year, you’ll have CCC membership privileges for up to 10 Employees throughout the year. For this tier of membership, we’ll set up one login on the CCC website for one member of your team. Through that login, your team will be able to register up to 10 Employees for each CCC event throughout the year. Additionally, the designated member of your team will be able to access and share archived livestreamed panels, giving you the ability to rewatch panels later in the year. This membership will give you 5 votes in yearly elections and access to the newsletter.  Join today!

Joining the CCC has never been easier! 

We use PayPal for secure, online purchases. You do not need to open a PayPal account. Simply click the “Sign Up” button of your preferred membership level below and complete the application form. Your credit card will be billed by PayPal. 

All membership subscriptions are valid for a full 12-month calendar year from the date of payment. Membership fees are automatically renewed each payment anniversary date, unless otherwise canceled by a CCC member.

To change or cancel your automatic payment with the California Copyright Conference, log in to your membership account and navigate to “My Account.” Find the “Subscriptions” tab to proceed with your subscription cancellation. 

* Please note, the steps above will only cancel your automatic billing plan with the California Copyright Conference. Your membership subscription will remain active and valid through the posted expiration date within your account.
