    The California Copyright Conference Scholarship Fund

    The CCC Scholarship Fund is pleased to offer an annual scholarship award to qualified music industry studies majors living in the greater Los Angeles area. The scholarship was first awarded in 2012. In 2013, the CCC renamed the scholarship in memory of former CCC President, John Braheny.

    Scholarship Applications for 2026 are now closed and this year’s recipient has been selected and announced! (see below)

    Jessica Zabala of the Los Angeles College Of Music (LACM) is the 2024 recipient of the John Braheny Scholarship  Award.

    2023 Scholarship Winner

    Grace Groves of the University Of Southern California, Thornton School Of Music is the 2023 recipient of the John Braheny Scholarship.

    2022 Scholarship Winner

    Jennifer Mariselli of the University Of Southern California, Thornton School Of Music is the 2022 recipient of the John Braheny Scholarship.

    Joscelyn Mackaben of California State University, Northridge is the 2021 recipient of the John Braheny Scholarship.

    Hannah Abrahim of University of Southern California is the 2020 recipient of the John Braheny Scholarship.

    2019 Scholarship Winner

    Leah Fattor of University of Southern California Thornton School of Music is the 2019 recipient of the John Braheny Scholarship.

    2018 Scholarship Winner

    Jaya Logani of University of Southern California Thornton School of Music is the 2018 recipient of the John Braheny Scholarship.

    “Getting the CCC Scholarship was definitely a standout moment in my college experience – one that helped me graduate a year early from the USC Thornton Music Industry program and jump start my career as an artist.     2017 Scholarship Winner

    Karlee Hormell of University of Southern California Thornton School of Music is the 2017 recipient of the John Braheny Scholarship.
