Dana Childs is an independent music publisher, music rights advocate and copyright administrator. She currently serves as an executive officer on the Board of Directors of the California Copyright Conference and has recently joined The Best Music Company as their Head of Administration. Dana has held high-level positions at both SESAC and Fender and with her deep and broad background in personal artist management, she has worked closely with content creators and their teams, via a holistic approach, to create brand awareness in today’s music-technology market. Additionally, Dana develops and maintains business relationships within the music publishing, composer and production communities, while educating digital creators, providers and other interested parties on current music business policies, trends and lobbying as those topics pertain to music copyright legislation and related technological advancements in the music industry.

Lindsay Arrington is an attorney at LaPolt Law, P.C., specializing in matters relating to electronic music, endorsements, and independent labels, and is passionate about helping the firm’s clients navigate new and cutting-edge opportunities, including NFTs, blockchain music distribution and music-related software and game development. Lindsay has been heavily involved in the legal strategy for the many of the firm’s clients’ web3 projects and NFT drops, including deadmau5’s head5 project and collaborations with Sutu Eats Flies and Rezz, and Galantis’ first NFT collaboration with Mat Maitland. ladidai began her career in music as a multi-genre songwriter, focused primarily on contemporary pop, R&B, and hip-hop music. Hailing from Yonkers, NY, her distinct style has caught the ears of music professionals associated with Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Mary J. Blige, Drake, and Chance the Rapper, among others.

Beyond her craft of music making, ladidai has been involved in several operations that champion independent music creators including HRDRV, a full-service independent music creator platform and community, as well as Gender Amplified, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that champions female identifying and non-binary audio professionals in the music industry.

Currently, ladidai manages Billboard featured web2.5 pop fusion artist TK. He notably released Eternal Garden, an audiovisual music NFT collection, prior to Art Basel 2022, selling out 700 collectibles in 7 days and generating over 38 ETH (~$50,000) of revenue.
