    An expert panel will outline the different types of music royalties that artists, songwriters and publishers can earn, the best way to obtain those royalties, and which existing organizations are responsible for collecting and distributing them.  As much a roadmap for beginners as it is a valuable refresher for experienced music industry veterans, we will discuss various types of music rights (performance rights, mechanicals, neighboring rights, synchronization, etc.) as well as best practices for collecting each of these royalty types in the current industry landscape.
