Message from the President

Hello CCC community,

It is an incredible honor to serve as President of the California Copyright Conference!

For more than 70 years, the CCC has been a cornerstone of the West Coast music industry, bringing together the people who create, protect, license, and champion music and intellectual property across our business. To follow in the footsteps of so many respected industry leaders who have come before me is both humbling and inspiring.

Our industry is changing quickly. Artificial intelligence, new technologies, evolving rights models, and shifting ways of creating and consuming music are transforming the business in real time. At moments like these, organizations like the CCC become even more important and we truly appreciate your continued support!

The CCC has always been a place where professionals come together to learn, share knowledge, build relationships, and help shape the future of our industry and that mission feels as important today as it ever has.

This year, our Board is excited to build on that legacy by continuing to grow our mentorship program, introducing fresh and relevant monthly programming, creating more opportunities for in-person networking, and expanding the value and benefits of CCC membership.

The CCC has thrived for generations because it has continued to evolve while staying true to its core mission of education, community, and connection. I am excited for what lies ahead and honored to help lead the next chapter.

Thank you for your support and I look forward to seeing many of you throughout the year at our very fun webinars and events!
